Greetings from SW New Mexico. Happy to be here. Anyone else from this neck of the woods?

I’d also love to hear from anyone else who has worked with mullein flower tincture for seasonal allergies. I have found this to be my #1 plant ally and now make it to give to friends. Yet I have not come across very much on other people’s experience of the power of this flower.

Welcome Dawn! I’ve never done a mullein tincture, but I’ve used the leaves in a powdered form with great success when treating colds and the coughs associated with them.

Hello Dawn!  I’m brand new here and don’t have much experience yet, but I live in ABQ and am happy to join you in this journey!  We have a lot of what I think is wild  mullein stalks growing nearby (very fuzzy leaves) that I’m looking forward to using, if indeed that is what it is, especially now that you say it’s such a seasonal ally.  The juniper pollen is atrocious in the spring, and the chamisa in the fall.  A few months ago I planted two Phoenecian mulleins within our landscaped yard, and one immediately grew the most beautiful white and red flowered stalk.  Those leaves are quite a bit smoother, and I wonder about the differences between varieties and medicinal efficacy.  I have so very much to learn!  Thank you for your post!
