Bell’s Palsey usually resolves on its own over a period of several weeks or months. Physicians treat it with steroids like prednisone. Sometimes they also use antivirals. Neither of those things shorten duration near as anyone can tell.
If the person is having discomfort some hops tincture topically would likely help.
Some Joint Support (anti-inflammatory) and some Immunity Support and Shoofloo might be interesting.
It’d be interesting to try some herbs that improve nerve function like the ginsengs or ashwaghanda (See Memory & Alertness for the easy button). It’d be interesting to see what teasel would do as well. But, I’ve never treated it and, like I said, it usually resolves on its own.
If you try any of the above and they seem to change things significantly, let us know. :0)
