        Hi fellow classmates,

I have a question.  Our 14 year old cat has had a growth on her nose bridge.  It has happenned 3 times and has been surgically removed all 3 times.  The last time the Doc had a hard time stitching it with all the past surgeries.  It is back again and I don’t know if she can handle another surgery.  It was not cancerous but is getting bigger and bigger.  I have put bentonite clay mixed with water on it.  Any herb suggestions?

I’ve read some things about turkey tail mushrooms helping with growths. I recently started using a turkey tail glycerite on my cats food and they have been eating it. I’m not giving it to them for any specific problem, but one of my cats had some bumps on her, which I thought were a food allergy and they are gone and I haven’t changed the food yet. Not sure if it’s related, but maybe worth looking into trying turkey tail.

Gosh great idea thank you. i will try and put turkey tail tincture in her food and then try and get some powder if she wont take.  Did you purchase the turkey tail glycerite or make yourself?

I have heard it is great for humans and cancer, so this should be beneficial.  Thank you again!

Did the vet say what the growth was?

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
