Hens and Chicks

Hello,

I recently planted some hens and chicks and they are taking off. What is the best way to preserve them? Is it worth it to preserve them? I do not have a lot more room for them.

From my understanding you don’t really need to preserve them, just when you need some go out and harvest. They apparently survive the winter just fine
