Hi! Is there a general principle about the difference in medicinal action within a plant depending on the part? I learned for example, that raspberry is astringent, with the leaves being the mildest, the twigs next, and finally the roots strongest. Are some plants the same throughout?

That’s a question without a general answer. Each plant is wildly specific about where it puts its goodies. Your best resource for that information will be the individual plant lessons.
