I am a little unsure about the small intestine formula in the Herbal Cleanse portion of the course. At the 1:04 mark, it is described that we are to take mullein plus the prebiotic formula 3 x day for 2 weeks. I don’t see the dosage amount for the mullein or the prebiotic formula. What format should the mullein be in? A tea, tincture, etc.?
Thank you.
I am REALLY getting so much from this course and I am thrilled to be a part of it.

Going to piggyback on your question, because I wonder too! I have a lot of the things gathered for the herbal cleanse (planning it when fall settles or after winter), but I kind of wish there were a PDF or something we could have with just the instructions, since I kind of purchase herbs as I need to use and have some already 🙂

The last bunch of the slides on the Herbal Cleanses is the full protocol for a cleanse with dosing. Starting at slide #79
A PDf of the lesson can be downloaded (like all lessons) and then you could print it (r hjust those pages).

Also piggy backing about the cleanse, do you still do the gallbladder & Bile duct part if you dont have gall bladder? Mine was taken out over 30 years ago…

The Gallbladder and Bile duct formula will still clean out the bile ducts even if there isn’t a gallbladder to clean.

Dosing guidelines are in the Herb Forms & Dosing lesson in the General Herbalism section. There is also dosing info on any product page on HomeGrownHerbalist.net on the herb Info & Dosing tab.
As to the mullein, tea, tincture or powder are all fine.
