herbal effects info

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but is there any book for web site that we can go to for information of side effects from herbs? (prefer books) I have kidney and begining of liver issues and dont want to help kill the organs.

I use pfaf.org and herbpathy.com, webMD.com always mentions side effects.
