In the Learning the Lingo lesson, here are herbs listed as anti-inflammatory:
*Yarrow
*Calendula
*Gumweed
*Licorice
*Willow
*Poplar
*Birch
*Aspen
*Plaintain
*Mallow
*Chickweed
*Comfrey
*Hyssop
There are also some foods, such as pineapple, that are known to be anti-inflammatory. So, you may want to look into that as well and incorporate as many of them as you can into your diet.
Unfortunately, I don’t know about steroids.
