I suffer from allergies from a variety of sources (living with dogs and cats, environmental factors etc.) Not sure what is bugging me the last couple of days. Earlier this spring I was using Moringa Tea with good results, but the Moringa seems to have lost its effectivness. I know that Nettle is a good antihistamine but I don’t have access to Nettles right now. What can I use to help with allergies? I used the search function on here and somebody said skullcap I believe. Should I try that? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

According to the module on the liver, herbs that help support liver function are supposed to help. So try dandelion root, burdock root, and milk thistle. Also, Doc has a ready for purchase formula called Immu Kool. I’ve taken it, and it does help mitigate my body’s allergic response to wheat, and help me purge the eosinophils faster.

If stress exacerbates the way your body responds to allergens, then that might be why skullcap was suggested. Lemon Balm would also be helpful in that respect.

If you’re prone to allergic rashes, I’ve found a tea made from dandelion flowers spritzered onto the rash and allowed to air dry helped immensely in relieving the itching. You could see if it helps you too.

We also have a Histamine formula that helps your body deal with that part of it too.
