There are some herbs with research showing activity against enteroviruses.
- Glycyrrhiza glabra (Licorice Root)
- Echinacea purpurea (Echinacea)
- Andrographis paniculata (Andrographis)
- Camellia sinensis (Green Tea)
- Scutellaria baicalensis (Baical Skullcap)
- Allium sativum (Garlic)
- Astragalus membranaceus (Astragalus)
- Melissa officinalis (Lemon Balm)
Also, herbs with general Immune stimulating action would be a good idea (See the herbs in Immunity Support)
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
