Two weeks ago 7 of my goats went to the county fair. Yesterday I found out that one of the exhibitors goats had been treated for viral pneumonia the week prior to the fair.  Now all 7 of my goats that went plus at least one other one has a runny nose and one of them has diarrhea.  I am treating them with Nulfor. What herbs will be the best to support their recovery and not interact badly with the pharmaceutical? Thanks

Other than cholegogues that might accelerate elimination of the drug (barberry, Oregon grape, milk thistle…), I wouldn’t worry much about combining herbs with Nuflor (Florfenicol)

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Hi Doc, Couldn’t you use the immune support with antiviral and the histamine formulas to get into this issue if you were to try to stay away from pharma drugs? (I understand that a show/breeder may need to stay with conventional treatments. I’m asking as we plan to have goats or sheep at our next property.)
