I want to try adding some adaptogens to our morning hot chocolate with my kids (ages 8+). Normally we just used raw milk, maple syrup and cocoa powder. Now I am thinking of adding in some eleuthero or ashwaganda. Does anyone have experience with doctoring these morning drinks without causing flavor issues? Thanks!
