Alternative herbs for hot flashes than ashwaganda and black cohosh?

Also, I’ve always been told sweating is how fat is expelled from our bodies.  Why wouldn’t a menopausal woman who is experiencing frequent raging sweaty hot flashes, for years, be really “skinny”?

And, how is the same outrageously hot temperature not dangerous for internal organs when a fever of the same temperature can be detrimental?

          Red clover is good

Weight loss is complicated. I’m sure sweating does burn some calories but probably not enough to have a significant effect.

Hot flashes experienced by women during menopause are not typically due to an actual increase in body temperature. It just feels that way.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
