  Hello,
  
  I am making a Nettle Leaf Tincture in the ratio 1:2
  
  100 gm of Leaves and 200 gm of Alcohol
  
  When my tincture is ready, how will I know, how may mg of Nettle (active ingredient) is in 1 drop of my tincture?
  
  Please help and guide me.
