How do you take your daily coffee or tea? Milk, cream, sugar, butter, shot or two of whiskey, etc…? Or do you drink energy drinks to get your morning buzz on?

How many cups of coffee do you drink in a given day? Do you have a great office mug that you’re defensive about and will fight to the death if other people even think about using it?

Does drinking coffee late in the day guarantee to keep you from falling asleep or sleeping soundly at night?

Ginseng or Brigham tea are better choices than coffee or tea. Coffee and tea both are high in tannins that can irritate your guts with excessive use. The caffeine can have some exciting gut consequences as well with over use.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Normally I would have tea, but ever since I’m staying in Vietnam (it has been 2 months now) I’ve tried new type of “tea”. Here they mostly use dried tea leaf to make tea, they put it in a ceramic pot and boiled it with hot water. Then after a while they use it right away. I suppose it’s not that weird (probably because i mostly used packed tea back in England).

But anyway, the tea here tastes quite… different from what I had in England. Dunno how to describe it but I suppose I like it as something to change once in a while. I’m going to have a trip to a remote area in Vietnam called Ha Giang. They said that here they plant lots of tea plants. Guess I’ll have to wait and see.

Tea is an even more generic name for something than a common name for a plant. You need to try to get a scientific name for that plant if you can. We call EVERYTHING we make into a hot drink with a plant TEA.
