How much is too much herbs at once?
How do I know if I’m taking too much or not enough etc.?What is the protocol for how much at once?

Are you asking about dosage or the actual number of different herbs?
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

The number of different herbs. Sorry I was unclear.

I often do 3-5 formulas at a time if I’m working on something.
If someone is taking herbs long term, I recommend they take a day off every couple of weeks.
