At some point last year as I was working through my lessons in this academy and came across a video or an article where Dr. J was talking about how to determine the main herb in a formula and then to add others that will support each other. The problem is I CAN’T FIND WHERE THAT WAS!!! So if anyone remembers can you please post it in the chat? I sure would appreciate it!!! It is so frustrating getting older-the recall of information is slower and sometimes never gets to the brain. Thank you for your help!!!
