How to give liquid tinctures to chickens?

I recently purchased Worm Pet Formula Tincture from the herb store and want to give it to my chickens. So far I’ve been just dropping it in the front of their mouth. I want to get it down their throat but I’m confused with how to do that and don’t want it to go down the wrong hole.

Can experienced chicken owners please give me pointers on where to drop it so it gets down the right hole? I’ve been on Youtube but can’t find a video of a camera pointing in the mouth and administering drops, everything is either not showing that part and not close enough to see.

Is dropping it in the front of their mouth as effective as down the throat?
