I would appreciate any and all advice concerning the treatment of impetigo.

How old is the person being treated?
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

I gave up and put them on antibiotics. Children ages 15,12,8,5,&2. I would still love info if I ever encounter this again.

Impetigo is caused by bacterial infection, usually Staphylococcus. I’d approach from two angles, antibiotic herbs and Immune supporting herbs.
Look at slide 43 in this lesson
I wouldn’t do either of those formulas internally in anyone younger than 2.
