infused oil / powdered herb ratio

I have powdered  calendula and want to know the ratio of powder to oil . is ratio the same for all herbs ?

The ratio is pretty much the same regardless of the herb. Since we aren’t taking oils internally and dosing isn’t and issue, the ratio isn’t very important. It just needs to be strong.
