My husband has been having what feels like sinus pain in his cheeks, which has now moved to his jaw and teeth. He has been to the dentist and they have cleared him of anything wrong with his teeth. He is not and has not been sick with any cold like symptoms. The pain keeps getting increasingly worse. When he first had the sinus pain I gave him a cleaver tincture. He finished the entire bottle without any relief. He does have an appointment with an ENT scheduled, but we are skeptical that will do anything. Any ideas of whats going on or what herbs might bring him relief?

HGH just put out a post about boswellia oil in lotion helping TMJ/jaw pain.

Yeah, I saw that too. Perfect timing : ) He doesn’t have TMJ, but I am sure pain is pain. I luckily had a joint tincture ready to go. Hopefully it gives him some relief. I will have to buy some frankincense oil this weekend and try that topically.

Hmm… If it were me, I would try the NoMoSpazms, or at the very least some cramp bark and lobelia.  I’m thinking there might be some spasms of the tiny vessels and micro muscles in the sinus cavities.

All good advice above. Hops topically is good too. Have a look at the pain management lessons. Lots of good stuff there.

The Rezzimax Tuner is often really good for facial neuralgia issues as well.

Have him take a good magnesium supplement too. Sometimes that has powerful effects for nerve pains and muscle spasms.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
