So, my chickens found my ginseng plant, and ate the top out of it. We thought it was dead, so while emptying the grow container, my husband found a nice root. I’m guessing I should just process it, but I am curious as to whether it will come back to life if we repotted it. It is currently resting in moist dirt until we figure it out. Does anyone know if it is still viable as a plant?
