I have the leaky gut package that I will be starting next Saturday, but have seen some posts online where folks are saying they cured their gut problems with nut milk yogurt (specifically coconut or almond).  I have an ace up my sleeve with the protocol, but wondering about doing daily yogurt, micro green, and blueberry smoothies to go with it to “fast track” (?) the healing of the gut.  Thoughts Doc?

I also meant to ask if it’s ok to have frozen blueberries and nut milk yogurt this week on the candida diet.  I only put 3 drops of liquid stevia in with the blueberries, some micro greens, and the nutritive powder.  If I have to wait a week, that’s ok too, but I love my smoothies.  Other fruits should be ok too after candida week, right?

Those are all fine. Blueberries have a low glycemic index compared to most fruits.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

Doc – I have a theory.  I’m thinking a coconut yogurt smoothie with greens and some of your good nutritional powders for breakfast, gut healing bone broth for lunch, and a good healthy dinner (with little to no carbs as I’ve done now for 9 weeks) along with the Leaky Gut tincture and powders should heal this mess I call a gut.  Your thoughts?  By the way, what IS the best way to get those gummy powders ingested!?  I’ve tried all kinds of ways, none of which are working well except adding to a smoothie…  Thanks in advance.

All of those things are fine. But, personally I’d have some food for breakfast and lunch. I like food. :0)
