StudentHow many herbalists here have liability insurance? Â If so, is there an insurance company that specializes in herbal liability insurance? Thank you!

Homestead InstructorWe are currently creating some new schools with a colleague of mine, Dr. Jed Adamson. He is affiliated with an organization that offers some sort of insurance. I’ll ask him about it.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

StudentHi, Dr. Jones! I am looking into insurance to practice as a Clinical Herbalist after completing your course. I did not find a response after your reply about looking into the insurance thru the organization that Dr. Jed Adamson is affiliated with. My other question is, I have spent months and a phenomenal amount of hours reading thru the rules and regulations within my state for what I hope to be our up and coming future business. Do any of your passed students happen to mentor others within the same state to help make sure that the guide lines are met for legal state requirements for those who choose to see clients in the future? If so, I would greatly appreciate being pointed in the right direction to partake in this. Thank you so much for your time.

Homestead InstructorHave a look at this lesson. It covers the bases on what you can get away with in most US locations.
