Log-in authentication error

Chrome

Log-in will no longer authenticate in Chrome. I’ve deleted all cookies, browsing data, etc. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Chrome twice with no change. The authentication box doesn’t even attempt to come up to do it’s thing and I just get the “could not authenticate message after attempting to log in.

It worked before but suddenly just stopped and now I have to use Edge, which I don’t prefer.

Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to get it working again.

try going through all the steps in this lesson:

also try opening an incognito window in chrome and if it works that will tell us that its a configuration issue with your browser
