        Will shepherd’s purse help with menses which are too close together?

          While SP is good as stopping or slowing bleeding it will not help with the hormone issues. Take a look at our Female – Cramp Bark Plus formula. Raspberry leaf is one that my wife has taken.

            Dong Quai is my favorite for regulating odd cycles but there are lots of others.
