        I grew a crop of Oats and harvested the tops while they were in the milky stage, tinctured them with alcohol and began to take the tincture at 1 ml three times a day.  I wanted to start slow and work up the dosage for menopause related symptoms.  My gut was not happy.  Have any of you experienced gut distress with milky oats?  Thanks for any insights!
