In the Herbal Cleanse video it is mentioned that mullein should be taken along with the Pre-biotic formula for cleaning out the small intestine. Is this a mullein tincture? There are no specifics regarding how much to take.  I wondered if the dry herb couldn’t just be added to the formula? How much tincture or dry herb should be taken?

        Thanks. 🙂

Either the powder or tincture. The powder would have the added benefit of some fiber to move things along. Mostly we’re using it for its expectorant/mucus moving properties to clear excess mucus from the gut. It’s a good wormer too

          Mullein (Verbascum thapsus)

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

            Hi Doc Jones,

I’d like to follow up on that question. Is it possible to only use mullein, if you didn’t have access to the enzymes, or if it just felt good to do a cleanse with only homegrown or foraged herbs?

EDIT: I went through the slides in the Herbal Cleanse section after listening to the lecture, and I see that there’s a protocol listed that only includes herbs! So that answers my question.

            Thanks,
            Sama
