I have a question. So NAC (N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine) lowers estrogen. Red clover raises estrogen. Are they in an inverse relationship? I have a client that is past menopause and I recommended red clover, and another practitioner recommend her NAC, not for the hormones, but for liver and lung health. Can she take both or will they cancel each other out? Thank you!
