Nervous System Formulas

I am going through the Nervous System section and I noticed that the formulas given in this section differ from the formulas in the Formulas & Formulations section even though they have the same name. Which version of the formulas is better to use?

The Formulas section looks like the most recent versions, but the previous would be just as effective.  It’s part of my learning process to think on how Doc’s formula’s adjust over time.  Looking past the ingredients to the intended actions helps me when I need to make substitutions.

Yup. Dee has it right. When formulating, think about herbal actions rather than specific actors. I tweak things now and then.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
