StudentI have wood nettle I’ve been harvesting, and transplanting successfully at my house. Just recently I’ve found it’s not stinging nettle, but wood nettle Laportea canadensis. So researching benefits, it seems to be controversial. As is do you want seeds green or brown when harvesting. Is stinging nettle more potent than wood nettle? And when do you forage seeds, brown or green?

StudentI have purple dead nettle, I am guessing the dead part of it is that it is not medicinal? IDK, it’s pretty but spreads like wildfire!
