Go to the category that you would like to create the new topic in and scroll to the very bottom of the page. There you will see the option to create a new topic

I am new for the second time. I was enrolled several years ago with the original school, but ive been gone for past couple years. I am actually really excited I get to start all over again and relearn everything. Ive forgotten so much.
