StudentVery excited to continue my journey! I’m finally here!
Hello, fellow travelers!
I’ve found so many medicinal plants in my yard this year I just HAD to know more.
And today I found out that even my goldenrod “weed” has medicinal qualities!
What a wonderful world 🙂

StudentI started taking this course a couple of years ago and got distracted by life. Starting over and I will finish it this time! Such great info and I’ve been taking pics on walks (living in MN) and trying to learn to identify more plants, besides growing many too. I have made several tinctures that I use. I currently have some fire cider started. Can’t wait to learn so much more and become the “witch doctor” my family calls me :).

Homestead InstructorHi Susan,
I lived in York, PA as a kid. That’s where I first learned to love edible and medicinal plants. :0)

StudentHi Wanda, I am also in PA and like knowing there is another PA person here. I am in Western Chester County, almost in Lancaster County. It has been a while since I was out your way, but if I remember correctly, it is about a 90-minute drive. Good luck.

StudentI grew up in Chester County, but now I’m in Berks. I go to West Chester and Lancaster all the time. I just started the school and it is so cool to see that other HGH students are nearby!

StudentJeanne Arcaro and Kelly Clemmer-I’d love to meet up with the two of you! Maybe somewhere near Lancaster would be central to all? I’m willing to drive halfway if we can get connected.

StudentHi Susan, I just joined the group here. I’m also from Pa from around Pittsburgh. My wife and I have been foraging a few years and are excited to learn the uses for the things we find. I just tried goldenrod tea during a cold and was impressed with the gentleness of removing congestion.
