My husband and I have lived on 11 acres abutting a river for 6 years. This past summer a friend and herbalist came and walked my land with me, pointing out one wonderfully useful plant after another. They’re all right here, and my plan is to be able to identify them and use them for our health and wellbeing, as well as the health of our children, grandchildren, friends, and church family.

Welcome aboard Jane. I lived in Ames until I was about 10.

Hi Jane!! I’m new too 🙂 I think we’d be great friends if we lived close, I love to find edibles in the wild, and in my own yard too!! Have fun learning 🙂
