Good morning! I am so happy to be here!
I was recently diagnosed with an auto immune disease called sarcoidosis of the heart. I joined this Academy, so that I can learn how to treat myself without using medication along with my diet changes. My first appointment with the Director of the sarcoid team in Baltimore Maryland is February 5, 2024. All prayer would be coveted!

It already has. My heart started racing and I couldn’t get it to stop by sitting down. I took cayenne pepper in a shot of water, and it stopped almost instantly!
