I am grateful to be here and to learn from the hard work and wisdom of others. I have always thought that plants were God’s way of blessing us and I am excited to unlock their secrets and gifts. I was a little hesitant to take on this course of study at my age (75) but, why not? Hoping to be able to help myself and friends and family. Just grateful and happy for the opportunity.

Hi, Welcome!  I’m originally from St. George (currently in Virginia), and planning to return this summer.  My mother’s name is Carol also, and she too is a septuagenarian.  Though she has always had an interest in herbal medicine, she feels she lacks the gift (both of her grandmothers, born before the 20th century, knew how to use plant medicine).  However, I am determined to make an herbalist out of her yet, lol!  (Or at the very least, my apprentice).  Perhaps we will meet in the grocery check-out line sometime.  😉

Welcome Carol. I need to come down to St. George and do a class.
