Good Morning, I am new as well and from North East Texas. Glad to see other Texans on this journey.

Hey there!  Are you growing herbs?   It’s always good to see someone in same area especially if you are trying to grow the herbs.  Springtown here now, but lived in Athens for 20 years.

Sorry just realized I hadn’t replied. Yes I do grow about 60 + herbs along with a large veg garden. We live in the Gladewater area. We moved to this location about 15 years ago. We’ve lived in the area all our lives. So what all do you grow?

Love to see fellow Texans on this school! I’m not growing any herbs personally right now but there are a surprising amount of wild herbs that are very beneficial, here’s a couple that I can name off the top of my head. Brigham tea for allergies I’ve heard it works wonders, and dandelion, which is so healthy I don’t even know how to properly describe it.
