Slow deep breathing is an awesome regulator, and essential oil blends based in lime and clove are popular for vagus nerve health. Â Smell it first (deep slow breaths) then apply a bit on the mastoid bone behind the ear. Â You might also try tuning forks, find a tone that is soothing to you and hold it against that same ear spot.
