New student question/homework. What EO would you recommend for treating dysregulation of the vagus nerve?

I don’t know much about essential oils, but if you’re looking to treat something to do with the vagus nerve, I would highly recommend checking out the Rezzimax Tuner

Slow deep breathing is an awesome regulator, and essential oil blends based in lime and clove are popular for vagus nerve health.  Smell it first (deep slow breaths) then apply a bit on the mastoid bone behind the ear.  You might also try tuning forks, find a tone that is soothing to you and hold it against that same ear spot.
