Hello Doc, There have been some interesting studies utilizing nicotine receptors to eliminate some forms of dis-ease, as some invaders lock on to those receptors (virus, etc). Would it be possible to use a foot soak with tobacco leaves to absorb nicotine? I am considering it for use on one of my dogs as there are studies that it reverses myocarditis (a study found 50% of participants reversed or improved in 7 days after using nicotine for 3 days) and one of my dogs is demonstrating those symptoms. So, I need to know if tobacco is toxic in that preparation to dogs. I remember Lobelia also attaches to those receptors without the nicotine … but it is another difficult to source herb. The other challange would be figuring out the dosage as this particular study was dose dependent. Thank You
