StudentI am so excited to learn herbalism. I tried to grow a lot of herbs this year, however they all burned up in our Texas heat. Wish we could grow more here. I will have to try again.

Homestead InstructorMichael Moore wrote a good book Medicinal Plants of the esert and Canyon West. Those would be good species to get acquainted with.
I recently went to Arizona and did a bunch of plant filming for individual plant lessons. They have medicinals everywhere….they’re just a bit more prickly in most cases. LOL
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
