Oklahoma Herbalist hopefuls

Anyone else in this class from Oklahoma? I’d love to have discussions on what grows well here, and what doesn’t! Calendula grew fabulous in Utah, and I can’t hardly find it her. How come?

I am close, about an hour into Arkansas from the border. We lived in Oklahoma last year. I am new to herbalism though. So far I’m harvesting Goldenrod. It is blooming like crazy on my land. I look forward to trying to grow some medicine this spring, so I will be following your thread.
