Like the title indicates, I’m on the cleanses (herbal first, then leaky gut) – so when can I have Apple pectin/peel powder in my smoothie?  Loads of good benefits for digestive health and great for the good bacteria as well (from what I have read).  I just don’t want to screw up my cleanses after all this!  I’ve done well since 1-31 so far, but really wanting to flavor up my smoothies again soon!  Thanks in advance 🙂
