Hello all. I do apologize for the topic of my first post here and also for how idiotic of me this is. I was wondering if anyone has any expertise on the herb comfrey. Two days ago I made a tea containing half a tablespoon of it and I drank maybe 1/5th of that tea. The comfrey was unlabeled and I couldn’t remember what it was. The tea also contained white oak bark, prickly ash, red root, juniper berries, euthlero, plantain, cleavers, slippery elm, chapparal, and nettles.

That same day I got an extremely bad sun burn covering the top half of my body. I know this is extremely dumb but I’m just telling you everything that happened so maybe someone can tell me what these symptoms I’m having are. Currently I’m experiencing a lot of heart fatigue and some pain there as well as slight pain in my bowels. I was trying to mimic some of Doctor Morse’s formulas and I know that comfrey is supposedly deadly to ingest… Just if anyone can tell me what’s going on I would very much appreciate it.
