I am looking for tips on a good format for all the notes that I will be taking while learning all the new things Herbal.  Please share what you have found that works well for you?

For me, the easiest way to organize all the pdf files, I bought a couple of big folders with dividers that can be  labeled and makes the different subjects easy to find. After I  printed  the pdf file on each module that I studied.  They have undated many of the modules that you can print off.  I print them and then take notes on the printed papers as I follow the lectures.  I can readily find the information that I am looking for. I am sure there are many great ways to keep things organized but this way has been the easiest for me.  Welcome and good luck.

I have been making notes on the corresponding PDF file connected with each lesson.

I first review the PDF and highlight the basic info – for a later quick scan and read.

Then, I listen to the corresponding lecture, following along with the PDF I had highlighted –  I create text fields and type in the additional information on the PDF page regarding the herb or body function information Doc Jones is referring to.  This saves me from repeatedly reviewing the lectures to absorb the material.

It’s not an ideal way to organize, but the notes are easy to retrieve – and when I get to a point where I want to change the way I manage my notes, I’ll be able to locate them and connect them with the subject material.

            Elizabeth 🙂
