My sister has severe pain from osteoarthritis of spine, knees, hands, feet. She’s developing knobs on her hands, knees.  Has old upper back injury from tent camper top falling on her x 20 years ago. Has done pain management with hydrocodone up until recently with not good pain control.  She saw new doctor recently who has started her on generic sublingual suboxone 8 mg daily as well as Ambien extended release to help with sleeping. She’s also on Lexapro 20 mg daily, Naproxen Sodium two 220 mg tabs every 6 hours, pantoprazole 40 mg twice daily.  Has history of bleeding ulcers related to alcohol use. Had RouenY gastric bypass x 25 years ago.  I am RN, have just started the herbalist course. I do not have enough knowledge at this point to recommend anything herbal to her and know it would need to be checked for compatibility with her current medications. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
