I missed this post somehow. Have a look at the pain management lessons…lots of good info there on various options.
Topical tinctures like hops or skullcap or sagebrush or pine needle could all be really good. Internal anti-inflammatories like the ones in the Joint Support formula would be good too. If there are spasming muscles involved, some cramp bark or lobelia ( or Muscles – NoMoSpazms Formula) topically or internally can be a game changer too.
Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
