Panax Ginseng

I see in the cancer module it says that panax ginseng is helpful for ovarian cancer.  Would siberian ginseng have the same beneficial effect?  I have siberian ginseng on hand but if it won’t work the same, I’ll purchase panax.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.
