Pancreas I not downloading

Hi,

Pancreas I when it downloads has no data and comes up as admin-ajax.txt.  Thought you should know so you can fix.  Thanks!  Michele

PS>. I’ve had no problems downloading all the other pdfs in the Body Systems section.

Before an Admin can reply to your post, you must make sure your bug report has the following Elements:

1. Did you include a link to your bug? (required)
2. Did you include info on the make/model of the device you’re using?

Thanks for reporting, you get extra brownie points today!<br><br>Important Note: If you are using the Brave Browser or one of the other “Privacy-Focus-Chrome-Reskin” Browsers (that are in my opinion borderline malware, running cryptocurrency garbage in the background, and are extremely resource intensive and run by for-profit corporations which somehow definitely don’t make money off your data…)

PLEASE reconsider.

These browsers block the core tech of websites that have user-based content and are not and will never be compatible by default. If you’re going to use it, you’ll need to learn, understand, and configure the settings for it on your own as that is outside the scope of our support.

If you are interested in a privacy based browsing experience, I recommend Firefox which is NOT built on the same tech controlled by google (that Brave and all the others are).

I am having the same issue that Michelle is having.  It seems that the file only downloads as a “*.txt” file.  I have not had any other issues with any other downloads, only this particular lesson.  I have tried downloading this file several different ways and into many different folders both locally on my computer, and onto my Google Drive file and still get the same results.

I am using the latest  issue  of the Chrome browser, I have also tried to download this file on my cell phone with the exact same results.  I am using a Chrome browser on my Android phone as well.
