Can anyone give me some other herbs besides cranberry that helps lower pH?

She’s looking for the opposite. Alkaline is high, acid is low. Acidic urine impedes the ability of E. coli and other bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall and causing bladder infections.

If you’re dealing with a bladder infection, i’d use Uva ursi and marshmallow.

Don't use herbs or combine herbs with medications or use them during lactation or pregnancy without talking with your healthcare provider.

I didn’t know marshmallow lowered pH. I was trying to find one that grows around here naturally, that I might have. And boy does mallow grow in my yard. So I’m very grateful to know this. I haven’t planted any uva ursi yet, maybe this year.

              Thank you so much.

Marshmallow doesn’t lower the pH. It just makes everything feel better and helps the bladder heal. Uva Ursi may lower the pH…I’m not sure. It is an astringent.

Hibiscus flowers are very acidic, the tea is yummy too!

Just remember that MANY disease states LOVE an acidic system.
