Polymyalgia

Hello Everyone

I will appreciate any suggestions I can get on this matter. My husband thinks he has Polymyalgia. Had blood tests done and everything came back as normal. Prednisone was mentioned as a treatment. I am concerned about the side effects of prednisone. He has a lot of pain in his shoulders and hips especially when he gets up in the morning. The pain is really making him grumpy. Please help.
